1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Titan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Titan. These terms apply to all users of titan-ai.co and associated services.
2. What Titan does
Titan is an AI chief of staff platform that runs automated tasks on your behalf — including web research, drafting content, scheduling, and taking actions through connected integrations (such as sending emails via Gmail or creating calendar events). You are responsible for the tasks you instruct Titan to perform and for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them.

5. Integrations and permissions
When you connect an external service (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, GitHub), you explicitly authorize Titan to act on your behalf within that service as directed by your tasks. You can revoke these permissions at any time from Settings → Integrations, or directly from the connected service's own permissions page. Titan will only access connected services when you explicitly request it to.

Titan and its underlying technology are owned by Titan AI. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content of your tasks or outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Titan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content or actions before relying on them. We are not liable for: Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing vidit.patankar16@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Titan after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
