Titan ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI chief of staff platform that helps founders and professionals delegate research, writing, scheduling, and communication to a coordinated team of AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it. We take privacy seriously. We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal information to train AI models. We do not read your emails or calendar for any purpose other than completing tasks you explicitly request.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (from Google OAuth or your signup form). We use this to identify you, send you account-related emails, and associate your data with your account.
When you send a message to Titan, we store the content of your request and the agent's response so we can display your session history. We also store metadata like which agent handled the task, the duration, and whether it succeeded.
Titan never accesses your Gmail without your explicit authorization. You must go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Gmail and complete Google's OAuth consent flow before we can access anything. Once authorized, Titan receives an OAuth token that allows it to read emails and send emails on your behalf — only when you explicitly ask it to in a task. We access Gmail data solely to complete tasks you request (e.g., "summarize my unread emails," "draft a reply to this thread," "send this email"). We do not store the full content of your emails beyond what is needed to complete your task. We do not scan your inbox in the background. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Integrations and we will immediately delete your token.
Same as Gmail — Titan never accesses your Calendar without your explicit authorization via OAuth. Once connected, Titan can read calendar events and create new events — only when you ask it to in a task. We access Calendar data solely to complete tasks you request (e.g., "what's on my schedule today," "schedule a meeting with John next Tuesday"). You can disconnect Calendar at any time from Settings → Integrations.
Titan supports connecting third-party services through OAuth. We only request access to services you explicitly choose to connect. Each integration requires you to complete that service's own OAuth authorization flow. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. We immediately delete the associated token when you do.
We track how many tasks you run each month to enforce your plan's limits and to improve the product. This includes task count, agent type, and approximate duration — not task content.
Billing is handled by Razorpay International. We never store your credit card number or payment details. We store only the Razorpay customer ID and subscription status needed to manage your plan.
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Gmail or Calendar data for any purpose beyond completing your explicit requests.
Titan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We use cookies only for authentication (to keep you signed in) and to remember your preferences (like theme settings). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Titan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at vidit.patankar16@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of Titan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
