Rotate a batch of images
Select the photos in Finder, right-click, and choose Quick Actions → Rotate Left or Rotate Right. For a folder of images, sips -r 90 rotates each one in a single command.
Without Terminal
- Select the images in Finder.
- Right-click → Quick Actions → Rotate Left (or Rotate Right).
In one command
Rotate every JPG in the folder 90° clockwise, in place:
sips -r 90 *.jpgsips rotates the files themselves. Copy the folder first if you might want the originals.
