Contact Titan

There is one inbox and a person reads it. Titan is built by one engineer, so the person who replies to you is usually the person who wrote the code you are asking about.

Email

vidit@titan-ai.co — for anything at all: a question before you buy, a bug, a refund, a feature you wish existed, or a sentence Titan said that was wrong. Expect a reply within one working day. If something is broken and blocking you, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

What to include when reporting a bug

Titan keeps a local log at ~/Library/Logs/Titan/titan.log. Quoting the last twenty lines around the moment it went wrong turns a guess into a fix. Tell us what you said to Titan, what you expected, and what happened instead. Nothing in that log leaves your machine unless you choose to send it.

Billing and refunds

Purchases are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, and every charge appears on your statement from Polar rather than from Titan. You can cancel from inside the app at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than cutting off the plan you have already paid for. If Titan did not do what you expected in your first month, email and ask for a refund. You do not need a reason.

Security disclosure

Found a vulnerability? Email vidit@titan-ai.co with "security" in the subject. We will confirm receipt within one working day and will not take legal action against good-faith research.

Company

Titan is operated by its founder, Vidit Patankar, and is based in India, selling worldwide. Tax is collected and remitted by Polar, our merchant of record, in the buyer's own jurisdiction.
