Make a simple 3D model for printing

Build the model in Blender (free) or Tinkercad, then export it as STL. In Blender 5, File → Export → STL, or from a script bpy.ops.wm.stl_export — the old export_mesh.stl operator no longer exists.

How

Blender can build and export without opening its window:

/Applications/Blender.app/Contents/MacOS/Blender --background --python make.py

Inside make.py, after building the shapes:

bpy.ops.wm.stl_export(filepath="/Users/you/model.stl")

Tutorials written before Blender 5 use bpy.ops.export_mesh.stl, which now fails with “could not be found”.

Or just ask Titan
Make me a small rocket I can 3D print, and show me a render of it. Do it with Titan

Titan is an AI that lives on your computer: tell it what you need and it does it while you watch — you press Return, nothing runs by itself. What is Titan?

Titan isn’t on this computer yet. Get Titan, then press the button again — the task will be waiting, typed in.
